Every remembrance card is carefully designed, printed and packaged with love and care before being posted. We understand that many of our cards are purchased for important and emotional occasions, so we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Your Order
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 -48 hours.
Personalised orders may take a little longer depending on the level of customisation required.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we'll always do our best to help.
UK Delivery
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class.
While Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class mail on the next working day, this is not a guaranteed service, and delivery times may occasionally be longer.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
Our greeting cards are supplied with a matching envelope and are protected during transit to minimise the risk of damage.
Personalised Orders
Please check all names, dates and personalised wording carefully before completing your order.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been printed, we'll do our very best to make any requested changes.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Although most orders arrive promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue.
