We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.
As many of our products are handmade or personalised, slight variations may occur. These small differences make each item unique and are not considered faults.
Personalised Orders
Many of our products can be personalised with names, dates or special messages.
Please ensure all spelling, dates and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
Wilbys Creations cannot accept responsibility for errors supplied by the customer.
Prices
All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
Payments are handled securely through our website's payment providers.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail First Class.
Dispatch times may vary during busy periods or for personalised items.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed once an item has been handed to Royal Mail.
Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For non-personalised products, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where possible
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

All artwork, photographs, product descriptions and designs displayed on this website remain the property of Wilbys Creations and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
